AFSHIN Town has been located in one of the best place of Kelardasht in GORGEPASS forest region. The most considerable points in this project are global standardized constructions, engineering principles and designs as well as using the best materials.

Among the past activities of this group in Tehran, one can mention Venus Tower, in Molla Sadra Ave., Sahar project in Velenjak, Asal tower in Elahie, Maryam St., Farmanie project in Sonbol St., Mirdamad project in Parastoo Sq., Madaen business-administrative complex in Nazi Abad, Ferdos St., Gol St. project, Saadat Abad project, and Zaferanie project
Combination of structures with unique architecture and excellent landscape over intact TALEGHAN Mountains has created a dreamy, fantasy and desirable environment where inhabitants use natural endowments and welfare facilities of Town in full calm and comfortable manner.

The first phase includes 48 three-floor 25-40 m2 suites with welfare facilities including European and traditional Iranian restaurants, ceremony and celebration hall, children fun place and roofed parking.

The second phase includes 70 three-floor suites having restaurant, coffee net, business suite and coffee shop.

The third phase includes 37 residential 120-250 m2 suites having Sauna, pool, sport hall, roofed parking and under working restaurant.

Note: The above suites have dedicated electricity and telephone, shared water, sentry and information system, use permit of roofed parking.

Parts of the suites are equipping to furniture and preparing for visiting the respected people.
